Xperience Platform is a student employability platform operated for participating institutions. This page explains how we handle information when you visit or register, before you belong to a specific institution programme.

Depending on how you use the platform, we may process:

• Account details such as email address and password
• Profile and study information you provide during setup (for example name, contact details, and programme-related answers)
• Activity on the platform, such as logins and resources you open
• Technical data needed to run the service, including cookies and similar storage used for sign-in and preferences

Why we use it

We use this information to:

• Create and secure your account
• Deliver programme content for your institution
• Support learning activity, feedback, and reporting for admins
• Send essential service emails (for example password reset)
• Improve reliability and keep the platform secure

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember choices such as theme and cookie preferences. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when the banner appears on your first visit. Your choice is stored so we do not ask again on later visits from the same browser.

Institution-specific notices

Once you register with an institution, that institution may also publish its own privacy notice. After you sign in, you can read it from the Privacy notice link in the platform footer.

Your choices

You can request access to or correction of your account details via your institution or platform administrators. You can also change your password from account settings once signed in.
